These actions are regularly monitored and audited with focus on both beneficial and cost-effective outcome. Our 24/7 service center is available for our tenants requests in various languages and the services we provide are certified by the German TÜV.

The group has various product and service standards as well as activities in place to safeguard our tenants’ health and safety.
Occupier Satisfaction Surveys
The group has its own TÜV-certified service center which operates under our affiliate GCP (Grand City Property). The 24/7 service center determines tenant satisfaction through regular and targeted tenant calls. The service center conducts a permanent monitoring of satisfaction as customers, stakeholders or tenants making calls in order to receive a service are asked for their opinion on their overall satisfaction after their request has been dealt with.
