Following an accelerated book building process on 13 July 2015, Aroundtown Property Holdings Plc ("Company") fixed the final volume of the capital increase. The Company's share capital will be increased from EUR 5,000,000 by EUR 1,000,000 to EUR 6,000,000. 100,000,000 new ordinary shares with a par-value of EUR 0.01 each ("New Shares") will be issued. The offer price per New Share was EUR 3.20.Post transaction the Company's free float will be 24 %.
The New Shares were successfully placed by Berenberg (Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner) and, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking (Joint Bookrunner), with institutional investors by way of private placement, which was over- subscribed. The Company will receive gross proceeds of EUR 320,000,000. The net proceeds will be used to fund the Company's growth strategy.
The new shares will listed on the open market (Marché Libre Paris Stock Exchange) of Euronext Paris.

Aroundtown Property Holdings PLC is a specialist real estate company focused on investing in and managing, directly and indirectly, turnaround opportunities in the real estate property market primarily in Germany. In April 2015, the Company issued a EUR 450 million convertible bond which funds are used to support further growth.
