GCP in Luenen-Gahmen - a successful development

almost five years ago, GCP has acquired the rental and management of flats on Hirtenweg and in Kümperheide - time for an interim conclusion. Since the acquisition of residential properties in 2011 GCP continuously invested in the houses and the living environment, to improve the living quality of the neighborhood in the south Gahmens piece by piece. These were numerous and structural measures continue to be implemented. Among other things, home renovations, balcony and base renovations and targeted work on the facade and the entrance areas were carried out.

In Hirtenweg many families living with children, therefore GCP puts a special focus in the neighborhood development to the recent tenants. The property management company has a playground built with large pirate ship and toned down in recent years in the run up to Christmas a Santa Claus with chocolate and small gifts. The summer festival is especially popular with small tenants and will also be held this year traditionally on the last day before the summer holidays. Moreover, GCP supports the boxing club in Hirtenweg who not only enjoy boxing shows children and adolescents, but also helps them with their homework and to prepare them for the school.
