In September 2025 Aroundtown received the EPRA BPR GOLD award for the 9th consecutive year, the highest standard for financial reporting. In addition, Aroundtown received the EPRA sBPR Gold award for the 8th consecutive year.

As of February 2024, Sustainalytics ranked Aroundtown in the Top 9% globally among 1046 real estate companies and in the Top 3% globally among 15,906 companies across all industries.
Aroundtown SA has received the 2026 Top Rated Awards from Sustainalytics, obtaining the Global, Industry, and Regional ESG Leader status.
S&P CSA
As of February 2025, AT is ranked in the 95th percentile among peers in the real estate management plus REIT peer grouping at S&P CSA, supporting its inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Europe. Furthermore, AT was also included in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026, which includes 848 Companies out of over 9,200 companies across 59 industries covered by S&P CSA and setting the Company apart from its industry peers, reflecting the Company’s commitment to sustainability, and the transparent communication.
