Aroundtown is expanding its green portfolio with BREEAM certification for the PLATINUM office building at Sachsendamm 2-7 in Berlin. BREEAM certification stands for efforts to minimize environmental impact and maximize the energy efficiency of a building.

PLATINUM is conveniently located at the central address Sachsendamm 2-7 in Berlin and benefits from direct access to the A100 city highway and BER airport. The BREEAM certification (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a globally recognized award for the sustainability of buildings.
