Aroundtown achieves long-term lease extension at Voltastraße 1a in Frankfurt am Main's City West

Aroundtown has achieved a relevant lease extension: the lease for the building, which currently houses the Toni-Sender-Oberstufe and offers around 7,300 sqm, has been extended. The lease partner is the City of Frankfurt am Main.

The educational location in City West is secured until well beyond 2030. Aroundtown has signed a lease extension with the City of Frankfurt am Main. The property is now fully let on a long-term basis. The Toni-Sender-Oberstufe is currently located there. The school has around 500 students, 20 classrooms and offers students the chance to acquire the general qualification for university entrance. The building is characterised by a very modern and light-flooded architecture that facilitates learning and teaching – with a view of the Frankfurt skyline. The large and green inner courtyard also makes break times appealing.

The contract extension ensures the quality of the location for other tenants and the entire neighbourhood. As an ideal complement, a daycare centre for children is currently the second tenant in the building. The strategic letting not only reflects the attractiveness of the building, but also Aroundtown's ability to identify and implement contemporary and sought-after types of use for its properties.

The property, located at Voltastraße 1a in the west of Frankfurt, has excellent public transport connections. The tram stops ‘Kuhwaldstraße’ and ‘Nauheimer Straße’ are within walking distance. The regional, long-distance and suburban train station ‘Frankfurt West’ is only a few hundred metres away.

Aroundtown is setting new standards by offering a comprehensive tenant service, including personal points of contact and a central 24/7 service centre with trained personnel. These services are available to tenants around the clock, including on weekends and public holidays.
