Office building on Siemensdamm receives BREEAM certificate

Aroundtown receives BREEAM certification for sustainable buildings for another property in its portfolio. The striking high-rise building with a clinker brick façade, located in the north-west of Berlin in the Spandau-Siemensstadt district, is an outstanding example of architecture in the classic modernist style.

The office complex has an area of 47,000 sqm and consists of five wings staggered at right angles with 4 to 10 upper storeys and two basement levels. The property is characterised by landscaped courtyards with comfortable seating areas and is conveniently located close to the A100 city motorway and the Siemensdamm underground station. The complex offers around 600 car and bicycle parking spaces.
