Significant letting success with a renowned financial services provider in Frankfurt am Main

Aroundtown has achieved a significant letting success with over 5,500 m²: The space in the modern "tricubes" office complex at Wilhelm-Fay-Strasse 30-34 in Frankfurt-Sossenheim has been let to a financial services provider on a long-term lease. The lease extends over a period of at least 10 years. The signing of this lease underlines Aroundtown's strength and reliability as a real estate provider. The tenant was advised by CBRE, the world's largest real estate service provider, while the Investor & Asset Advisory department at BNP Paribas Real Estate supported the landlord in the letting process. Aroundtown is one of the largest real estate groups in Europe and is listed on the M-Dax. "tricubes" has been BREEAM-certified as a green building since 2023.

The "tricubes" building complex, consisting of three building sections, is located in the west of the financial metropolis of Frankfurt and close to the border with Eschborn. The property impresses with its modern architecture and first-class location. With an ideal freeway connection and only a few minutes' walk from the "Eschborn Süd" S-Bahn station, the location offers optimal transportation infrastructure. The office ensemble has special features such as upscale building fittings, a delivery option for trucks, the option of a manned reception, an in-house underground car park, the option of setting up a separate bistro as well as an inner courtyard and a roof terrace in each of the three buildings, supplemented by an associated park with water features.
