Aroundtown has achieved long-term letting success at Aachen Arkaden: municipal service facilities have been gradually established on a total of around 11,400 sqm within the complex, offering comprehensive support services for the citizens of Aachen. This range of services continues to grow – an additional 2,300 sqm will soon be handed over. In addition, an international retail chain has signed a long-term lease for 1,100 sqm and is expected to move in in 2026, further enriching the diverse tenant mix at Aachen Arkaden.

The excellent infrastructure of Aachen Arkaden is a key factor in its appeal: visitors can easily reach all facilities by car, bus, bicycle, train or on foot.

The property is located at Trierer Straße 1, in Aachen's Mitte (Rothe Erde) district, and is directly connected to the city centre. It is characterised by modern architecture, a total area of around 30,000 sqm and a convenient location on Trierer Straße. Its close proximity to Aachen-Rothe Erde railway station and a bus stop directly in front of the building ensure excellent public transport connections. In addition, 500 parking spaces are available to visitors in the building's own underground car park. The surrounding area is characterised by offices, public administration facilities, sports and leisure facilities, innovative IT service providers and retail shops.

With this new lease, Aroundtown is successfully driving forward the restructuring of the Aachen Arkaden and strengthening the long-term attractiveness of the location.
