Two lease renewals strengthen tenant continuity at Aroundtown’s office asset

Aroundtown has secured two lease renewals for its office property at Bargelaan 2–32 in Leiden, further enhancing the stability and sustained attractiveness of the asset. The agreements comprise extensions with existing tenants and cover a total office area of approximately 3,450 sqm, including a renewal of around 650 sqm with a financial institution and 2,800 sqm with a subsidiary of an international industry leader. Both contracts underline the tenants’ commitment to the location and ensure the property’s full occupancy.

The office property at Bargelaan 2–32 is centrally located in Leiden and offers modern, flexible office space tailored to the requirements of established occupiers. Its efficient floor layouts, strong accessibility and proximity to key economic and scientific hubs make it especially attractive to international companies. The building’s ability to accommodate tenant needs within a fully let environment supports the leitmotif of continuity and location-driven quality.
