Aroundtown Secures Long-Term Lease Extension with BMW M in Garching near Munich

Automotive company extends lease for approximately 5,000 m² of office space at Gutenbergstraße 25

Aroundtown has successfully concluded a long-term extension of an existing lease agreement with BMW M. The lease for the office space at Gutenbergstraße 25 in Garching has been extended for the long term. The leased area comprises a total of around 5,000 m². With this contract renewal, the property remains fully leased on a long-term basis.

The property at Gutenbergstraße 25 is located in Garching, an established technology and research hub in close proximity to the Technical University of Munich (TUM). This location makes it particularly attractive for companies in the automotive and high-tech industries.

With this long-term lease, Aroundtown strengthens the continuity of its tenant relationships and underscores the attractiveness of the Garching location for the high-tech sector.
