Aroundtown Secures Long-Term Lease Extension for More Than 2,600 sqm in Unterschleißheim near Munich

The existing tenant has renewed its lease with Aroundtown for more than 2,622 sqm at Gutenbergstraße 5 in Unterschleißheim ahead of schedule. The renewal continues the long-standing relationship with the printing company while underscoring its long-term commitment to the location.

The property at Gutenbergstraße 5 comprises two building sections and is a multifunctional commercial property featuring a modern, timeless glass façade. Thanks to its flexible building structure, it is suitable for a variety of uses, including light industrial space with production facilities, as well as office and service space and extensive storage areas. The two building sections are connected by a multi-storey car park offering around 400 parking spaces. The parking decks provide direct access to the above-ground floors, supporting the efficient use of the available space.
