Aroundtown secures long-term new letting in the Astropark office complex in Frankfurt: The international Max Bögl group is settling in the Astropark Frankfurt office complex.

Aroundtown has completed a long-term new letting in the renowned Astropark office complex in Frankfurt. The international building construction company Max Bögl Stiftung & Co. KG has signed a lease with a fixed term of ten years for around 730 m² in the eight-storey office building with its striking, star-shaped architecture. The lease confirms the attractiveness of the location in the Lyoner Quartier in Frankfurt-Niederrad. The Max Bögl group, founded in 1929, is one of the largest construction companies in the German construction industry, with over 6,500 employees at 40 locations worldwide and an annual turnover of around 2.6 billion euros.

The new lease with Max Bögl underscores Aroundtown's expertise in the real estate market. The company provides the new tenant with comprehensive services, including personal on-site contacts and a central 24/7 service center with trained staff that is available to commercial tenants around the clock.
