Aroundtown Extends Leases for Around 2,200 sqm of Office Space at Campus Carré and SIGMA in Frankfurt am Main

SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria and ANGERMEIER INGENIEURE extend their long-term leases at Frankfurt's Lyoner Quartier

Aroundtown has extended two office leases covering a total of approximately 2,200 sqm in Frankfurt on a long-term basis. At Campus Carré, located at Lyoner Straße 25/Rhonestraße 7/Herriotstraße 8, SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria has renewed its lease. The company is one of the leading multi-technical service providers for buildings, industrial facilities and infrastructure. At the SIGMA office building at Lyoner Straße 20, ANGERMEIER INGENIEURE has also renewed its lease, a long-standing tenant and one of Germany’s and Europe’s leading engineering surveying companies.

Both Campus Carré and SIGMA are located in Frankfurt-Niederrad's established Lyoner Quartier, a well-established business district between Frankfurt city center and the airport. SIGMA was also recently awarded a “Very Good” rating in its BREEAM recertification.
