BREEAM certification for office building in the greater Munich area: Aroundtown expands green portfolio
Aroundtown has received BREEAM certification for sustainable buildings for another property in the greater Munich area. Built in the early 1990s, the building at Dornacher Straße 3, 3a – 3e has been extensively modernised since 2016. The four-storey building has a timeless, light-coloured façade and blue window elements with external sun protection. In addition to office and training space, the building also offers units for service, storage and archiving. There is also a delivery area for lorries with 4 loading bridges and a total of 381 underground and outdoor parking spaces.

The property has a total area of approx. 24,000 m², with ceiling heights of up to 3.40 m. The offices are carpeted and the grid element ceilings have integrated lighting suitable for computer workstations.
The property is located in the east of Munich in Feldkirchen. It can be reached very quickly via the A94 and A99 motorways. The Riem exhibition centre is only about a 7-minute drive away. The ‘Feldkirchen’ S-Bahn station, which is only a few minutes' walk away, provides excellent public transport connections. Various shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.
