Aroundtown secures long-term lease in Halle: dwp Service GmbH moves into Dell Office Building

Aroundtown, one of the leading listed real estate groups in Europe, has secured a significant new lease for the business location of Halle.

Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG (dwpbank) has chosen to relocate its subsidiary dwp Service GmbH from the city center to Raffineriestraße 28a. The company will occupy approximately 2,700 sqm of office space in a building well known across the city. The ten-year lease agreement provides a high degree of long-term planning security.

The property features modern technical and structural standards, including a sufficient number of parking spaces, some already equipped with e-charging stations and prepared for future expansion. In line with accessibility requirements, a new external elevator will be installed for the tenant.

This move brings a prominent new neighbor to the technology company Dell, which will continue operating in the same location at Raffineriestraße.

Located southeast of Halle’s city center, the office and commercial property is just 650 meters from the central train station, offering excellent connections to both local public transport and long-distance travel. With close proximity to the A9, A14, and B6 motorways, the property also offers fast and direct access to Leipzig/Halle Airport.
