The real estate company Aroundtown has successfully extended the long-term lease with a health insurance company in the property at Große Steinstraße 82 in Halle (Saale). In addition, a further 534 m² was let in the Brüderstrasse building. This means that the service centre of the health insurance company, which was founded in Halle, continues to benefit from its central location in the city centre and in the immediate vicinity of the market square.
