TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown SA, concludes space expansion of almost 1,000 m² office space with a telecommunications provider in Berlin-Mitte at Alexanderplatz

TLG Immobilien AG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown SA, has signed a lease agreement with an existing tenant from the telecommunications sector for additional office space of around 1,000 m² for the "Die Welle" property at Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse 32, 32A, 32 B in Berlin-Mitte. The contract for the space expansion runs for 5 years.

The property "Die Welle", built by TLG, impresses with its wave-shaped, modern facade, and is located at Alexanderplatz in Berlin-Mitte with excellent public transport connections. The property has a total of approx. 35,000 m² of rental space. The main tenant with a total of 27,500 m² is a hotel, while the office space takes up a total of approx. 7,000 m².
