TLG IMMOBILIEN AG (TLG), a subsidiary of Aroundtown SA, is extending its lease with a municipality for approximately 1,750 sqm of office and warehouse space for another 10 years at the KulturBrauerei at Schönhauser Allee 36 in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. The property thus continues to be fully leased on a long-term basis.

The KulturBrauerei, which is known far beyond Berlin, is a 28,000 sqm industrial architectural monument with a total of six courtyards and over 20 buildings and has a diverse tenant mix from a wide range of segments such as office, education, culture and gastronomy. The ensemble, which was refurbished by TLG, is unique in Berlin and demonstrates the harmonious combination of carefully restored clinker brick facades with contemporary and state-of-the-art infrastructure.
