Aroundtown has achieved a long-term lease extension with the municipality in Halle (Saale) at Neustädter Passage 1. The unemployment center’s branch office has extended the contract for 1,100 sqm and will remain in the property. The contract extension underlines Aroundtown's ability to secure stable and sustainable tenant relationships, even in existing properties. In addition to the Jobcenter, the property is also home to other well-known tenants.
