Aroundtown is reducing around 40% vacancy in the property by newly let space of approx. 1,650 m² to BELFOR Deutschland GmbH, the world's leading provider of fire and water damage restoration services, for 10 years. With an additional contract extension for 3 years with the existing tenant Forbo Siegling GmbH for 1,150 m², the logistics/light industrial property in Emil-Schäfer-Straße 22-24 in Krefeld is now fully let in the long term. Krefeld, located between the major cities of Düsseldorf and Duisburg, is very well connected in North Rhine-Westphalia.
