Aroundtown has rented around a third of its office space in prime city center Leipzig at Nikolaistraße 10, right next to the Nikolaikirche, to an internationally renowned educational institution for over 10 years. The property is in a prime city center location next to the Nikolaikirche and is within walking distance of Leipzig's main train station. Since its purchase in 2015, Aroundtown has been able to significantly reduce the vacancy rate of the property at Nikolaistraße 10 through targeted asset management activities.

The Strohsackpassage is part of Aroundtown SA's commercial property portfolio. The location scores with its central downtown location, attractive office space and underground parking spaces. In addition, there are various shops, restaurants and the Leipziger Funzel cabaret theater on the ground floor of the Strohsackpassage, which extends from Nikolaistraße to Ritterstraße.
