Smakkelaarsburgt office building confirms its attractiveness as a modern workplace

Following last year's lease extension of approximately 1,400 sqm of office space at Leidseveer 2–12 in Utrecht, Haskoning Nederland BV has now further expanded its presence in the building by leasing an additional 1,000 sqm from Aroundtown. The international engineering and consulting firm specialises in sustainable infrastructure, industrial and development projects, and water-related projects, among others. The extension underlines the property’s attractiveness as a modern office location in a central setting and confirms the continued demand for well-connected, flexible working environments in urban areas.

The property is located in a prominent inner-city location in Utrecht, at a branch of the river Vecht.
