Major sportswear company renews lease for 8,200 sqm in office building in Hilversum

Aroundtown has successfully secured a lease extension with a leading sportswear company for their European headquarters at Olympia 4-10 in Hilversum. The company will continue to occupy approximately 8,200 sqm in the office building.

The European headquarters is strategically located in the city of Hilversum, just 40 minutes by car from Amsterdam's city center. The Aroundtown property at Olympia 4-10 is mainly utilized by this sportswear company. The campus is situated on the historic site of the equestrian events of the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics.

Arenapark, the campus where the property is located, is the premier office location in the region. It is green, well-organized, safe, and sustainable.
