Aroundtown has once again delivered an outstanding performance in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), marking its third consecutive year of inclusion in the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Europe Index. This achievement places Aroundtown among the top 4% of real estate companies (including real estate investment trusts) on a global scale.

These results reaffirm Aroundtown's dedication to sustainability and its leadership in advancing ESG standards within the real estate sector. The S&P Global CSA, recognized as one of the most comprehensive ESG assessments, evolves annually by integrating the latest best practices in sustainability reporting and engaging with stakeholders and investors.
