Aroundtown office building on Cologne exhibition centre remains fully let in the long term: Long-term extension and expansion of lease with major international company

Aroundtown has successfully concluded a long-term extension and additional expansion of the existing lease agreement with an established tenant at the office building at Deutz-Mülheimer Str. 111 directly next to the Cologne exhibition centre. The lease has been extended on a long-term basis and the company is expanding by a further 3,450 sqm, bringing the leased area to around 26,500 sqm.

The office property covers a total area of 29,000 sqm and is located directly on the city highway, which ensures excellent accessibility. The proximity to various forms of public transport such as suburban trains, trams and buses as well as ample parking facilities increase the attractiveness of the property. As a key component of the Cologne exhibition centre, the property benefits from a dynamic environment.

The office property has also been awarded the BREEAM certificate, one of the world's leading assessment methods for ecologically sustainable buildings. This certification underlines Aroundtown's commitment to sustainability and compliance with high standards in property management and utilisation.
