Leithestraße 45 in Gelsenkirchen remains fully let for the long term. A current tenant has extended its lease by a further 7 years on approximately 4,000 sqm.

The long-term lease agreement reaffirms the mutual trust between the contracting parties. As a result, the tenant can continue to benefit from Aroundtown's comprehensive letting services, which include personal contacts on site and, in addition, a central inhouse 24/7 service center with its own trained staff. Aroundtown's team is available to all commercial tenants - daily, around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Aroundtown is the only company in the commercial real estate industry to offer customers such a comprehensive tenant service.
