Aroundtown is converting a former office building into 285 serviced apartments, with completion scheduled for the 4^thquarter of 2026

Aroundtown has leased serviced apartments currently being developed at Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse 33 in Berlin to the hospitality operator Bob W for 15 years plus extension option. The former office building is currently being converted by Aroundtown, with 285 serviced apartments to be created within the leased space. Completion is scheduled for the 4^th quarter of 2026.

All apartments feature a private kitchenette. Additional amenities include co-working spaces, a lounge, laundry facilities, as well as car and bicycle parking. Located in the heart of Berlin, directly at Alexanderplatz, the property appeals to both business and leisure travelers. Bob W combines the comfort and design-centric character of a contemporary hospitality concept with the flexibility, space and amenities of an apartment stay.

The conversion gives the former office building a new long-term use while responding to strong demand for flexible accommodation in central Berlin locations. At the same time, the property is being adapted to meet the requirements of a highly frequented, internationally oriented location.
