Aroundtown has received BREEAM certification for sustainable buildings for its first commercial unit in its portfolio in Rüsselsheim. The four-story building complex, located in a prime city center location, features retail spaces on the ground floor as well as medical practices and modern offices. The City Forum is a building complex consisting of four structures connected underground by a public parking garage. Each building has four above-ground floors, with the top floor designed as a recessed floor. The office spaces feature external sun protection and additional mechanical room ventilation.
