Available around the clock and TÜV-certified: Commercial tenants at Aroundtown now benefit from expanded service offering

Aroundtown is expanding its service offering for all commercial tenants in Germany and now offers round-the-clock telephone availability at its central in-house service center - in addition to the existing regional and on-site service offerings. Aroundtown is the only commercial landlord to date to offer such comprehensive service accessibility to its customers.

This gives commercial tenants a further professional point of contact outside normal business hours, as well as at weekends and on public holidays, in addition to the personal on-site service. The trained service team is available to all commercial tenants around the clock at +49 30 221 835 400, takes their concerns in a qualified manner and passes them on to the relevant specialist department.

The service center's quality management system has also been certified to ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Hessen. In particular, the introduction of the ticket system for the operational area was highlighted as particularly effective, from which all commercial tenants now benefit.

The new central service center is another service offering that meets Aroundtown's high service standards.
